Market Entry
You're bringing a technology, an input or a brand into Argentina. Abroad it already works; here the buyer doesn't know it exists yet. We make sure they find out: press, presence at the sector's events, content that actually explains, and distribution where the person who decides the purchase is.
You brought in a product the market doesn't ask for yet.
- Importers and local representatives of a foreign brand starting out in Argentina.
- Companies launching a new line into a market that isn't asking for it yet.
- Head offices abroad evaluating or beginning their Argentine expansion.
Message & core materials
How the product is explained to someone who has never heard of it: what problem it solves, what it competes with, why now. From there come the site or landing page, the commercial spec sheet and the pieces for social and email.
Press & spokesperson
Outreach to trade media and specialised journalists. We prepare whoever speaks for the company — what to say, what not to — and produce the press kit.
Industry events
We identify the field days, fairs and conferences where the buyer already is, and build the participation: talk, booth, materials, audiovisual coverage and the follow-up afterwards.
Technical content
Articles, video and demonstrations that show the product working. We can read the technical side of a business, so the material means something.
We learn the product and the market
What it is, who it helps, what has to change in the buyer's mind for them to consider it.
We build the entry plan
Messages, a calendar of events and press, and the pieces each moment needs.
We execute and measure
We produce, manage the contact with media and events, and report back on what was done and how it landed.
Technical credibility is the argument.
The team comes from science and agricultural technology — research institutions, agtech, technical publishing. When a product is genuinely new, the launch stands on whether the communication understands it, not on how polished it looks.
Argentina's agricultural and food sectors are a natural entry point, but the approach works for any technical product. We take on few projects at a time, so a market entry gets real attention.
We're a head office abroad. Can the project be run in English?+
Yes. Part of the team works regularly with clients abroad and coordination can be entirely in English. Everything the Argentine market sees — press, content, events — is produced natively in Spanish.
Do you only work with agtech and life sciences?+
That's where the team's background is, and it's why we can handle technical products well. But Market Entry applies to any industrial, technological or professional product arriving new to the country.
How long does a Market Entry project run?+
It usually follows the sector's calendar: if the launch leans on a specific field day or fair, the work is organised around that date. Typically three to six months, with a peak of activity at the launch.
Do you handle press outreach, or just the materials?+
Both. We produce the press materials and also manage the contact with media and journalists, and prepare the person who will speak.
Is this you?
Tell us what you're bringing and where you are in the process. We'll reply with a concrete plan.
